Shotzero is designed to help you track and analyze shooting performance.

You agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Use the app responsibly and lawfully
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the app

Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

User Data

You are responsible for the data you create in the app, including:

• Sessions
• Shot data
• Gear and performance information
• Photos you choose to capture or upload

We do not claim ownership of your data.

Pro Features and Subscriptions

Shotzero may offer optional paid features ("Shotzero Pro").

• Pro features unlock additional functionality, such as expanded session history and advanced tools
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information

Subscriptions, if offered, automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

Changes to the Service

We may:

• Update or improve the app
• Add or remove features
• Modify or discontinue parts of the service

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting your experience.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• The app is misused

Shotzero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of performance analysis
• Availability or uninterrupted access
• That the app will be error-free

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shotzero is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or performance results
• Issues arising from use of the app
